Zeventer is currently in an early-access validation stage. This page describes, in plain terms, how information submitted through this website is collected and used. This is not a comprehensive legal privacy policy, and it has not been reviewed by an attorney — it will be replaced with a fuller policy before Zeventer launches publicly.

What we collect

When you submit the form on this site, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, company or organization, city, a description of the event or business you're inquiring about, and any optional details you choose to add (event type, estimated headcount, budget range, desired date, and phone number). We also automatically receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type, which is used for basic spam prevention and security.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for early access, and understand demand for Zeventer in this market. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers that operate this site (cloud hosting, email delivery, and spam-verification services), each of which processes data only as needed to provide that service.

How long we keep it

We retain early-access submissions while we're evaluating and building toward launch. If you'd like your information removed, email us at hello@zeventer.com and we'll delete it.
